1. Who we are

APIBroker is owned and operated by Saptarang Ventures (OPC) Private Limited, CIN U43900MH2023OPC413456, registered office C-102, Acropolis Apartments, Thatte Nagar, Gangapur Road, Nashik – 422005, Maharashtra, India. Corporate particulars: saptarang.net.

2. Current subprocessors

We use the following third parties to operate the hub:

• Cloudflare — Workers, D1, KV, R2, DNS, and transactional Email Sending.
• Migadu — human founder mail (not a support desk SKU).
• GitHub — OAuth identity for consumer and provider sign-in.
• PayU (when checkout is enabled) — payment collection. USD list prices are charged in Indian rupees at a live FX rate shown at checkout. Card data stays with the gateway; we receive only the transaction reference and status.

PayGlocal was previously listed for international cards and has been withdrawn; PayU is the sole payment rail when checkout is enabled.

3. Changes

We may update this list when vendors change. Material additions will be reflected here and in the Privacy Policy. Questions: hello@apibroker.dev.
