1. Who we are

APIBroker is owned and operated by Saptarang Ventures (OPC) Private Limited, CIN U43900MH2023OPC413456, registered office C-102, Acropolis Apartments, Thatte Nagar, Gangapur Road, Nashik – 422005, Maharashtra, India. Corporate particulars: saptarang.net.

2. What we process

We process GitHub account basics for login, API keys (hashed), subscription and usage metadata, and payment events via PayU, the only payment provider this site uses, when checkout is enabled. Card data stays with PayU. PayGlocal was listed here until September 2026 and has been withdrawn — nothing is sent to it.

3. Subprocessors

Cloudflare (Workers, D1, KV, R2, DNS, Email Sending for transactional mail), Migadu (human founder mail), GitHub (OAuth), and PayU when checkout is enabled (INR collection of USD list prices at live FX). The full list, and what each one does, is on Subprocessors.

When you pay, the gateway receives the name, email address and any phone number you enter on its own hosted page, plus the order reference and amount. We receive back the transaction reference and status so the plan can be activated. We never see or store your full card number.

4. Page measurement

We use Microsoft Clarity (clarity.ms / c.bing.com) for session heatmaps and limited replay, and Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookieless) for page-view metrics. Neither is used for advertising or sold to third parties.

5. What we do not do

We do not sell personal data.

7. Complaints

If a privacy request is not handled to your satisfaction, escalate it to the named Grievance Officer, who works to a published acknowledgement and disposal timeline.
