Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. What this covers

Money paid to APIBroker for hub subscriptions / plans when paid checkout is enabled. Soft-launch waitlist access is free and has nothing to refund. Upstream APIs you call through the hub have their own policies.

2. Cancellation

Plans are bought for a fixed period and do not renew automatically unless the checkout page says otherwise when that product ships. There is nothing to cancel mid-cycle beyond stopping use of your hub keys; access ends when the paid period ends (or earlier on AUP / non-payment suspension).

3. Refunds

• Within 7 days of payment, before meaningful paid usage: full refund on request.
• After that: only where we got something wrong (service unavailable for the paid period, charging error, or a plan that was not what checkout described). Pro-rata where appropriate.

4. How to ask

Email hello@apibroker.dev with your payment reference. Founder mail — multi-day replies, not a ticket SLA.

5. Timing

Approved refunds return to the original payment method, typically 7–10 working days on Indian rails, a few working days via international PSP, subject to your bank.
